When inspecting a leveling caster, you may notice that it has a horizontal dial installed on the wheel, which is normally featured by a red plastic part on Fuxing Leveling caster. By turning the dial you are able to adjust the height of the leveling caster easily without tools.

To lift the leveling caster, you should turn the dial in one direction, whereas turning in the opposite direction will lower the leveling caster. Many machines or benchworks are installed with 4 leveling casters or more, you can adjust their respective heights until leveling reaches.

When you turn the dial and lift the caster, the TPE rubber pad will get direct contact with the ground, your object will get fixed firmly without moving. The rubber pad also absorb shocks and protect your machines and facilities.
